1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a kf777 account.

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from verified payment sources, separate from any Bonus Balance.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kf777 platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kf777.

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming on kf777, you must complete the Account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify kf777 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

4.1 Registration Information

4.3 Verification Timeframes

Failure to complete required KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in Account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kf777 Account credentials, including your login email or mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password for your kf777 Account that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;

kf777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. 6 Deposits

All deposits on kf777 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). kf777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees which are outside kf777's control.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

kf777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and selected cryptocurrency networks (USDT). Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit within your Account.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level. You may set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of your Account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

6.3 Source of Funds

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your kf777 Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions and procedures:

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

• Your Account must have completed Basic KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must be at least ₱500;
• There must be no pending bonus wagering requirements applied to the balance you wish to withdraw;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active security holds or fraud investigations.

7.2 Processing Times

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. kf777 is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers, bank processing schedules, or network congestion.

7.3 Withdrawal to Own Account Only

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All such offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section 8. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the Real Money Balance or withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the full wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 25×) within the validity period stated in the promotion;

8.2 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, hedging bets between markets, or conspiring with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

9 Gameplay Rules

All games available on kf777 are subject to individual game rules provided within the game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply to all games on the platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for virtual games, or by physical dealing/spinning for live dealer games. kf777 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes;

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kf777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on kf777;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games, place bets, or circumvent security measures;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus-related information, or engage in coordinated betting to exploit promotions;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from a confirmed software error are not valid and will be reversed;

• Allowing any third party (including family members) to access or operate your Account, make deposits, or place bets on your behalf;

11 Responsible Gaming

kf777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

11.1 Available Tools

All registered kf777 players have access to the following Responsible Gaming tools through their Account Settings:

• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any kf777 content without express prior written consent from kf777.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kf777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kf777 platform — including losses arising from:

• Platform unavailability or technical interruptions;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Loss of data or unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Gaming losses, which are an inherent risk of gambling and for which kf777 bears no liability;
• Reliance on any information or content published on the kf777 platform.

In any event, kf777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

15 Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered Account address or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the kf777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting kf777 support.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact kf777 support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. kf777 will endeavor to respond to and resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussion, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
